kunjdeveloper.com is the personal website and portfolio of Kunj Hirapara, a software engineer based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Using it means accepting these terms and the privacy notice. If you do not accept them, please do not use the guestbook or Ask.
Guestbook rules
The guestbook is for short, friendly notes from visitors aged 18 and over. Notes are public. Do not post:
- links, email addresses, phone numbers or any other way to contact you or anyone else;
- anyone else's personal information, or anything pretending to be someone else;
- anything abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, obscene, defamatory or misleading, or harmful to children;
- advertising, spam, or anything that breaks a law or someone else's rights;
- instructions aimed at the AI that checks notes.
Every note is checked by automatic rules and an AI (Google Gemini) before it is published, and Kunj reviews them. Kunj may decline or remove any note, at any time, without giving a reason. By posting, you allow the note and the name you give to be shown on this site.
Reporting a note or anything else
Every published note has a Report button. Reporting hides the note at once until Kunj reviews it. For anything else on the site, including a copyright or privacy complaint, email contact@kunjdeveloper.com with the page and what is wrong.
Kunj Hirapara is the Grievance Officer for this site under India's Information Technology Rules, at the same address. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days. Content showing someone's private parts or sexual acts, or impersonating someone, is removed within 24 hours of a report. Removed notes are kept hidden for 180 days, as the law asks, and then deleted.
Ask, the AI assistant
Ask answers questions about Kunj using an AI model (Google Gemini) and this site's content. Its answers are generated, not written by Kunj, and can be wrong or out of date; the pages themselves are the source of truth, and nothing Ask says is an offer, a quote or a promise. Ask is for people aged 18 and over. Do not use it to try to make it say something harmful, or to put personal information into it.
Services and quotes
The service pages describe the kind of work Kunj takes on. They are not an offer: the scope, price and schedule of any work are agreed in writing before it starts. The projects shown are Kunj's own work or client work shown with permission.
Content and trademarks
The site's text, design and code are Kunj Hirapara's unless marked otherwise. Logos of tools and companies belong to their owners and are used only to name the technology; that does not mean they endorse this site. Licences for the parts made by others are listed on the credits page.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is, without any promise that it is complete, accurate or always available. To the extent the law allows, Kunj is not liable for any loss from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction, without taking away the protection of the law where you live.
