I'm a full-stack engineer who takes products from the database schema to the last pixel.
I've spent the past year shipping MERN, PERN and core PHP apps end to end, and I deploy and run them myself on my own VPS. so I live with the whole lifecycle. I care about design as much as engineering. software should be a pleasure to use, not just correct.

180 of 180 calls started, 180 done
Three page views, drawn as an illustration (NSEG, production). Before: 4 endpoints were each called 15 to 16 times on every page load, about 60 calls per page, repeated on every page change. After moving them into React Context: 4 calls once, on the first load, and later pages read the data from state. Over three page views that is about 180 calls down to 4, about 98% fewer. Other API calls were never affected; the request timings are representative, not recorded.

What kind of work do you take on?
Full-stack web development, Next.js and React work, and backend and API builds, as contract projects or a monthly retainer. What each one covers is written up under Services.
What tech stack do you work with?
Mostly TypeScript: Next.js on the front, Node.js on the back and PostgreSQL underneath. I also work with React, Tailwind CSS, core PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, Drizzle ORM, TypeORM and Docker. The full list is under Stack.

Do you handle deployment and hosting?
Yes. I take builds from an empty repository to a running deployment. This site runs on a VPS I administer myself: Docker, Nginx, TLS renewal, backups and monitoring.
